A native of Lincoln County, Mississippi, Bill's education, experience and ability to use the written word to convey information has proven valuable again and again. Bill is Accredited by the Southern Public Relations Federation, and is a member of the Public Relations Society of America. He and his family live in Madison, Mississippi.
